PE pipes for distributing water in irrigation systems
Description
Polyethylene (PE) pipes are used to distribute water in irrigation systems ? both above and below ground ? wherever high flexibility is required. The wide range of polyethylene pipes makes it possible to create a reliable system, tailored to the needs of a particular crop or green area.
Watermil PE pipes are manufactured from the highest quality raw materials. Carefully refined production formulations guarantee UV protection and ensure adequate mechanical properties. Watermil PE pipes are characterised by high flexibility and mechanical resistance, which allows them to be easily and quickly laid out on a wide variety of terrains. The perfectly smooth internal surfaces guarantee low flow resistance. The products also have a high resistance to biological and chemical agents. The compatibility of Watermil PE pipes with current standards enables the use of the various types of connection systems available.
MILEX, owner of the Watermil brand, is also a manufacturer of heating pipes, which are used to raise the air temperature in cover crops. Depending on the system variant used, they can be distributed underground, on the ground, under crop troughs, and can also be suspended just above the crop. Watermil heating pipes come in sizes ranging from 16 to 40 mm (outside diameter). They can operate at a maximum pressure of 2 bar and at temperatures up to 50°C.
The MILEX range also includes perforated pipes, made of highly flexible plastic, which ensures that the insert or emitter is sealed.
Perforated pipes and ready-made drip lines are also available on request.
